Purpose
Bybooth is an online DJ-set composer: brief (genre, country, BPM, mix type), Camelot running orders, playlist import, practice duos and booth export (Rekordbox, Serato).
These terms cover the free service and the paid “Booth” (Cabine) subscription.
Account
An account (email or Google) is required to sync the crate to the cloud and to subscribe. You are responsible for your credentials. Sets can also stay local in the browser.
You must be 16 or older, or have a parent/guardian’s consent.
Free plan
Set creation, duos, playlist import and basic Rekordbox XML export are free, within anti-abuse quotas (generate, search, AI notes).
Booth subscription
Booth is a recurring plan: €9 incl. tax / month or €79 incl. tax / year, prepaid via Stripe. It unlocks the full Rekordbox pack (XML, guide, folders) and AI booth notes.
Renewal is automatic until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the account: access remains until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds on started periods except where the law requires (withdrawal, defect).
Withdrawal: 14 days from purchase for EU consumers, unless you asked for immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledged losing that right.
Allowed use
Bybooth preps a crate. It does not license the tracks. You must own the files or rights needed to mix in public or online.
Prohibited: scraping, bypassing quotas, reselling generated sets as a commercial catalog, or using Bybooth for infringement.
Content and catalogs
Suggested titles come from third-party catalogs. Availability, previews and metadata (BPM, key) may be incomplete or estimated. Bybooth filters compilations and megamixes but does not guarantee zero errors.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Bybooth is not liable for visa refusals, sets that miss a dancefloor, or rightsholder disputes tied to your set.
For paid features, Bybooth’s liability is capped at the subscription fees of the last 12 months, except fraud or gross negligence.
Governing law
French law. Consumer mediation is available before court action. Courts of the publisher’s venue apply, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
